Try This Tilapia Provençal Dish Tonight

I'm a huge fan of dishes that look fancy AF, are delicious AF but actually require very little effort to execute. I think food should be accessible and a source of joy, so the last thing I want to do is to create a recipe that deters you from trying to make it at home. I absolutely love this meal because it is so forgiving. You can make this either on the stove top or bake it.

You can use any white flakey fish you like or even sub in shrimp, scallops, lobster or crab if you're feeling fancy. I like to serve this meal simply with a side salad, a few slices of crusty French bread and a lovely bottle of rosé. As the weather heats up, this is the kind of recipe you'll keep reaching for because its fresh, bright flavors and of course how damn easy it is to make.
