The Burger

I personally think that the best burgers are made at home. A cast iron skillet, some quality ground beef and thick bacon lardons are all you really need to turn simple ingredients into something truly decadent. The key to making this juicy masterpiece is that you absolutely cannot skimp on the quality, it truly makes a difference. Spend the extra money on good, butcher sourced ground beef and funky gruyere cheese. Oh and the brioche buns? Absolutely non-negotiable.

Trust me, this is the only burger recipe you'll ever want to make. Enjoy!
